How to Prepare for Your Oral Surgery Appointment.
Summit Oral Surgery is here to help.
You’ll receive an appointment reminder for your oral surgery appointment via your selected communication method, or by phone call if you did not register online.
Make needed adjustments with work, transportation, or child care as soon as possible.
Check your text and/or email for a link to complete your registration and receive appointment reminders.
You will need to detail your medications and health issues, even if they don’t involve your mouth.
Take time before your appointment to note any initial questions you have on your anticipated procedure or issue.
Bring your insurance card, payment, and a list of medications or health issues. Arrive on time (ideally, a little early) —late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to reschedule. Cancelations without 48 hours of notice are subject to a fee. Full Policy >
